Terms & Conditions – MultiScreen Client Satisfaction Survey Raffle

By participating in the MultiScreen Client Satisfaction Survey Raffle, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

  1. Participants must have an active paid subscription with MultiScreen at the time of entry. (Contact us for more information)
  2. Participants must fully complete the survey, providing honest feedback about our services.
  3. To qualify, participants must also include at least one suggestion for improvement in the survey.

Raffle Details:

  1. Each eligible participant will be automatically entered into a random draw to win a $200 EFTPOS voucher.
  2. Only one entry per client with an active paid subscription is allowed.
  3. The raffle closes on Thursday, February 20, 2025.
  4. The winner will be drawn live on Facebook on Friday, February 21, 2025 at 11:00am ACDT.

Winner Selection & Prize:

  1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  2. The winner will be notified via email or phone after the live draw.
  3. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize is forfeited. 
  4. The $200 EFTPOS voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Other Conditions:

  1. MultiScreen reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
  2. MultiScreen may use feedback provided (anonymously) to improve its services.
  3. MultiScreen reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle if necessary.
